HS My journey as a woman leader in HR has been shaped not by titles or timelines, but by the choices I made at pivotal moments. Early in my career, I often found myself in spaces where my voice was the only female one and sometimes the youngest. Those situations quietly tested my confidence. Instead of waiting to feel fully ready, I chose to trust my perspective and speak up, even when it felt uncomfortable.
I also learned early on to step beyond defined roles. Taking on new assignments, accepting leadership responsibilities, and sharing my thoughts openly helped me grow faster than any formal designation could. Being fearless about judgment played a key role in shaping my journey. I never believed that the number of years on a résumé reflects real growth. For me, growth has always come from passion, curiosity, and the willingness to take responsibility.
