RR Kabel Limited has appointed Kamaljeet Kaur as Chief Human Resource Officer, effective 9 March 2026.
The Board of Directors approved the appointment on 2 March 2026 based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee’s recommendation.
Kamaljeet Kaur brings substantial experience to her new role, with over 22 years of diverse expertise across multiple industry sectors. Her educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Economics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization in Human Resource Management. Her professional experience spans across several key sectors including Automobile ,Infrastructure,F MCG, and Renewable Energy sector.

As a seasoned HR professional, Kamaljeet has developed comprehensive expertise across various HR functions. Her core competencies include corporate and plant-level HR management, Industrial Relations, and Administration. She has demonstrated leadership in strategic HR initiatives and organizational transformation projects.
BA in Economics and a postgraduate diploma in management with a specialization in human resources, Kamaljeet has worked with Gensol, Sterlite Power Transmission, Jubilant Foodworks and HDFC Bank.
