Ajay Bhasin has joined Global Green Company, a multinational food company, as Chief Human Resources Officer, where he will be leading the overall People & Culture strategy to support business growth, operational excellence, and organisational transformation across manufacturing and corporate functions.
Before this appointment, Ajay was associated with Hero Cycles as HR Operations Lead.

Over the past 23+ years, Ajat has been on a missionto transform how HR drives business strategy and culture. He led HR across diverse sectors—FMCG, manufacturing, pharma, and infrastructure building frameworks that align people, purpose, and performance.
He has also worked with GSK, J&J, and Panacea Biotech, where the foundation was laid in operational efficiency, employee relations, and greenfield excellence. He held strategic leadership roles with Britannia, Tata Coffee and Steer Engineering.
