NatWest Group India has appointed Ritu Tushir as Head of Human Resources for its India operations.
Ritu leads Human Resources for NatWest Group in India, a leading Bank in UK. As member of India Management Team, she drives the people and talent agenda to build future ready workforce and enable NatWest Group in its transformation journey. Her priorities include strengthening the talent architecture and enabling innovation, simplification, and sustainable growth to meet evolving customer needs.

Before this appointment, Ritu was leading Human Resources at Northern Trust Corporation for Asia Pacific Servicing Centres, where she shaped the people strategy with a strong focus on attracting, engaging, developing, and rewarding talent to deliver sustainable growth. She ensured HR remained a key enabler of business success while fostering a best-in-class workplace culture.
Tushir brings more than 25 years of experience in global human resources leadership across multinational companies and financial services organisations.In her Career journey, she has experience in driving change, enabling digital workforce transformation, strengthening leadership, and enhancing organisational effectiveness. She has consistently delivered exemplary colleague experiences throughout her journey.
Ritu has also worked with global organizations such as American Express, Genpact and Whirlpool, where she held diverse leadership roles.
