Lumax Auto Technologies Limited has announced the appointment of Pooja Minocha as the Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). She has been designated as Senior Management Personnel, effective from march 5, 2026
Suresh Kumar Dwivedi, currently Assistant Vice President – IR & Admin, will continue in his role.
Before this appointment Pooja was associated with Bata India as CHRO & Vice President.

Pooja brings over 22 years of global experience in Human Resources and deep expertise in multiple HR domains, including HR and OD strategies, executive compensation, and talent development. Her professional capabilities encompass strong business acumen and leadership abilities, enabling her to navigate complex environments while translating strategic vision into practical, value-driven organizational goals.
Pooja has also worked with MSD India (Merck), Advanz Pharma, and Bharti AXA Life Insurance.
