During his career span he partnered with founders, CEOs, boards, and senior leadership teams during moments of scale, transformation, and regulation – when people decisions directly shape performance, culture, and reputation. He focuses on designing people systems that support sustainable growth – across workforce planning, leadership development, talent strategy, compensation governance, and people risk management, particularly in high-growth and regulated environments.
