Raymond has appointed Sarita Tripathi as Chief Human Resources Officer for Precision Engineering and Global Aerospace.
She will be responsible for entire HR function for the division.

Before this appointment, Sarita was associated with Finolex Industries as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
She brings over two decades of experience across multiple sectors and geographies.Started as a Management Trainee to become an HR Leader, this journey taught her something she still live by: growth begins when curiosity meets courage.For over two decades, Sarita has partnered with leaders across industries and geographies to shape people strategies that drive performance, purpose, and culture. From teams of 500 to organisations of 41,000+, her work has always been driven by one belief — when people thrive, businesses do too.
She has built HR functions from the ground up, supported global clients through BOT models, led transformation journeys, and championed Diversity & Inclusion. Her experience spans Automotive, Oil and Gas, Telecom, IT- Financial Services, Manufacturing, R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain across Asia Pacific and Europe, shaped by an Army upbringing and a passion for sports that instilled discipline, resilience, and teamwork.
Sarita has also worked with Tata Motors, Vodafone, Capgemini, Mitsubishi and Fiat Group.
