Maninder Kapoor Puri has joined Syngene International as Chief Human Resource Officer.
Confirming this development through a social media post, Maninder said, “As I step into my next chapter as CHRO at Syngene International Limited, I am stepping into something that genuinely moves me — a community of over 5,500 scientists who show up every day to do something quietly extraordinary: translate complex science into solutions that touch lives across the world.”
She further said, “At Syngene, purpose isn’t a statement on a wall — it lives in the pipelines, the research, and the people who dedicate their careers to discovery. My role will be to serve that community — to build the conditions in which exceptional scientific talent can do its best work, grow with intention, and feel genuinely valued.That is not a responsibility I take lightly. Before this appointment, Maninder was associated with Biocon as CHRO, where she was also a key member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
