Newgen Software Technologies Limited has announced the appointment of Kashish Daya Kapoor as its new Vice President – Human Resource Department, effective April 1, 2026.
The appointment was communicated to stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Bringing over 29 years of extensive experience, Kashish joins the leadership team to drive organizational effectiveness, cultural transformation, and digital HR initiatives across the company’s global operations.With an impressive career she is a recognized HR strategist and former CHRO.
She gained expertise in leading complex M&A integrations and global HR shared services and in digital HR transformation, culture building, and talent management.
Kashish has also worked with NEC Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. and Tata Communications, and IBM Global Process Services.
