Sasmita Mohanty has joined CLASQUIN, one of the leading French multinational SME in the field of Freight Forwarding and Overseas Logistics, as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).
Prior to this appointment, Sasmita was associated with CEVA Logistics as Director-HR.

With over 20 years of professional experience in human resources and organizational leadership, She focused on driving strategic HR initiatives, fostering cultural awareness, and enhancing team collaboration . She is adept at aligning HR practices with organizational goals, contributing to compliance, ethics, and sustainable corporate social responsibility efforts and committed to building resilient teams and promoting inclusive workplace cultures that align with organizational priorities.
Sasmita has also worked with Bollore Logistics.
