UPL Corp has promoted Saurabh Bhasin as chief human resources officer, where he will be leading global HR strategy and teams across six geographical regions, partnering closely with the CEO, Group CHRO, and business leaders to drive people & organizational strategies for UPL’s Global Crop Protection business, supporting 4,500+ employees globally.
Saurabh has been with the organisation since 2015 and recently as HR Head -North America, LATAM and Global R&D.

Prior to joining UPL Corp, Bhasin worked with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories
With over 17 years of HR experience across agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, consulting, and telecom, Saurabh has led global transformations, M&A, and organization design initiatives. Passionate about building strong leadership, driving operational efficiency, organizational transformation, and aligning people strategy with business priorities.
Saurabh has also worked with Deloitte and Idea Cellular.
