Arti Sharma has joined Tata Electronics FAB Semiconductor Business as Vice President – HR, where she will be leading the people strategy for the greenfield project of the FAB-Semiconductor business.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Arti was associated with Schneider Electric as VP-HR Global Supply Chain India.

Arti is a result-oriented and visionary human resource leader with a track record of accomplishment spanning 3 decades.
“As the Vice President of Human Resources, it is my responsibility to develop and implement a progressive HR strategy in line with the company’s overall business objectives and plans for growth. I devise organizational structure and personnel strategy in order to put growth ideas into action over the long term. I work to establish a matrix organization environment by integrating myself with worldwide stakeholders, enterprises, and regions.” She speaks.
Arti has also worked with India Yamaha Motor, Sun Life Financial, Panasonic AVC Network and Circuit Systems.
