Ranjeet is a senior HR leader with 20+ years of experience driving workforce transformation, organisational design, and AI-enabled people strategy across manufacturing environments.
Ranjeet has also worked with Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd., Tata Steel, and Parryware Roca Private Limited.
