Mankind Pharma Limited has appointed Nilesh Kulkarni as the Head of Human Resource Functions for the Group effective June 8, 2026.
The disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
Before this appointment, Nilesh was associated with Bharat Serums and Vaccines Ltd. (BSV), a material wholly owned subsidiary of the Company for over six years as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Nilesh brings over 25 years of experience as a senior HR professional, specialising in organisational transformation and high-performance cultures within the pharmaceutical sector.
His expertise includes multi-country M&A, integrations, learning and development architecture, talent management, succession planning, and complex organisation design across India and international markets. He has held leadership positions in India, South Asia, and Europe.
Nilesh also worked with Novo Nordisk, Roche, Novartis, and Sanofi.
