Prior to joining The Adecco Group, she was associated with Allianz Services as Global Head Talent and Learning – People Development.
She is as a Global HR leader with 17+ years of experience shaping enterprise People and Talent strategy, specializing in Talent Management, Learning and Development, Leadership Development, and People Center of Excellence leadership, in Europe, and APAC. Extensive background leading enterprise HR transformation, succession planning, strategic workforce planning, and capability development within large, complex, regulated, and high-growth organizations.
She has also worked with Allianz Technology, Infosys Leadership Institute.
