Puja Agarwal (Biyani) has joined Liberty General Insurance as President – HR.
Welcoming Puja on board, the company in a social media post said, “We are pleased to welcome Puja Agarwal (Biyani) as President – Human Resources.
Puja brings over two decades of HR leadership experience across financial services, including asset management, home finance, and banking. Most recently, she served as Head of Campus & Central Recruitment at ICICI Bank. Her expertise spans business partnering, change management, leadership development, talent management, and compensation & benefits, along with ICF certification as a coach and facilitator.

Puja is a seasoned business professional with over two decades of well-rounded experience in Human Resource management.
She has also worked with ICICI Bank, ICICI Home Finance, ICICI Prudential.
