Sukhjit Singh Pasricha has joined Jindal Steel as President and Head of Human Resources.
Three weeks back, Sukhjit indicated his transition in a social media post stating, “Time to transition from ‘India by IndiGo’ to ‘Make in India.”
Prior to this appointment, Sukhjit was associated with IndiGo as Group CHRO.

With three decades of experience in human resources, with leadership roles spanning aviation, banking, telecom, financial services and manufacturing, sukhjit’s experience across the entire value chain of HR function has helped him gain immensely in: Ability to understand business imperatives and align HR solutions to the same, An in-depth understanding of technical subject matter in the area of Human Resources, Ability to work with senior-leadership, Ability to design policy and processes and ability to work with large teams across locations, Speedy business-focused decision-making and Leading/Programming complex HR transformation projects.
Pasricha has also worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank, Bajaj Finserv, Bharti Airtel , Vardhman Group of Companies and Spice Communications.
