TAC Security, a global cybersecurity company listed as TAC InfoSec Limited (NSE: TAC), today announced the appointment of Varun Khatri as Executive Vice President, People & Global HR. Varun will lead Global Human Resources, People and Culture across TAC Security Group, overseeing a workforce spanning seven countries across North America, India and Europe, including Greece, Romania, Denmark and the United Kingdom.
The appointment strengthens TAC Security’s leadership as the Group advances its 2030 Bold Vision and expands across cybersecurity categories and international markets. Varun will drive the Group’s people strategy, with a focus on attracting global talent, developing leaders, strengthening performance and building a cohesive culture across its businesses.
Varun brings nearly two decades of experience in human resources, including more than 13 years at cybersecurity companies Zscaler and ArmorCode. Most recently, he served as Global Leader, People & Culture at ArmorCode. Previously, he spent over 11 years at Zscaler, progressing through talent acquisition and HR leadership roles to Principal HR/People Business Partner in a global capacity.

Varun’s experience spans North America, India and Asia-Pacific, supporting engineering, research and development, sales, customer support and corporate functions. His expertise includes workforce planning, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, rewards, succession planning and employee engagement.

Socify.ai reached 300 customers, with successive 100-customer milestones achieved in six, three and two months, toward its 10,000-client ambition.
