Lumilens has appointed Deepa Subbaiah B as Global Head HR.
She has also confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Deepa was associated with Locus as Chief Human Resource Officer.
Deepa is a senior HR and People & Culture leader with 26 years of experience partnering with C-suite and business leaders to build, scale, and transform global organizations across Product, Engineering, SaaS, Technology, IT Services, and Commercial environments.

Across her career, she has led large, globally distributed HR organizations and complex people agendas spanning workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, leadership development, compensation & benefits, DEI, HR operations, compliance, and HR analytics.
She has extensive experience operating in global, matrixed environments across APAC, US, Europe, and emerging markets, supporting engineering and product organizations at scale (7,000+ employees) as well as large services and delivery organizations (25,000+ employees).
Deepa has also worked with Locus, Amadeus, and Freshworks.
