Dr. Niharika Rai has joined TK Elevator as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Prior to this appointment, Dr. Niharika Rai was associated with Microsoft as HR Leader, Microsoft C+AI, Security & MDQ @IDC.

Dr. Niharika is Global Human Resources professional with over 19 years of progressive HR experience in leading enterprise people strategy, organizational transformation, talent management, leadership development, and culture initiatives across technology, engineering, energy, manufacturing, product, consulting and other diversified industrial organizations.
She hasgaine experience of partnering with Boards, CEOs, Executive Committees, Senior Executives and JV partners to enable growth, transformation, and value creation across organizations ranging from high growth JVs to $6B global enterprise with 20,000+ employees across APAC, EMEA and NA.
She is known for combining commercial discipline with human capital strategy, building leadership depth aligned with enterprise strategy, enabling large scale complex change, aligning workforce strategy to evolving business models, digital transformation, and AI adoption in global, complex and matrixed organization.
