Dharmendra Bhalani has joined Adani Group as Chief People Officer – PVC Business.
He has confirmed this development through a social media.
Prior to this appointment, Dharmendra Bhalani was associated with SUN PHARMA as Head Human Resources.

In his new role, Dharmendra will lead enterprise-wide HR for the PVC business, which is in the greenfield project execution phase and moving towards commissioning and operations and maintenance (O&M). He carries enterprise-wide accountability for workforce planning, organization design, talent strategy, leadership capability, culture and HR technology for an emerging business vertical within the Adani Group.
A Strategic HR leader with 29+ years across Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemicals and EPC, Engineering industries, spanning Corporate and Plant HR through both greenfield build-out and steady-state operations, He has a proven track record of standing up HR and Administrative infrastructure from scratch for large-scale greenfield projects, scaling workforces rapidly from double digits to 1,100+ in short span, and driving talent, capability and governance agendas for capital-intensive businesses.
Dharmendra Bhalani has also worked with Gujarat Ambuja Exports Ltd., Juriscape, ESSAR Projects India Limited, Adani Power Limited, Essar Projects (India) Ltd., and Nayara Energy Ltd.
