Airtel has elevated Neha S as Executive Vice President & Head of HR for Airtel Business.
Confirming this development, Neha wrote on social media post, “ New Chapter, Fresh Lens, Same passion for people .After an incredibly rewarding 18-year journey in the B2C business at Airtel — Partnering closely with leaders that became friends and mentors, Shaping our Culture and Building teams that thrive — I’m excited to share that I’m transitioning into a new phase of my career.
I’ll be stepping into the role of Head of HR for Airtel Business, this transition marks both continuity and change – carrying forward my passion to enable people to build careers, teams to thrive and businesses to move forward with both mind and heart, While also learning, embracing new teams, challenges and opportunities for transformation. “
Her key areas of experience and expertise are leading large teams and operations, partnering with business, coaching & building leaders, creating the right capabilities and building a performance and rewards strategy for future business needs.
Starting as a Management Trainee in 2007, Neha’s journey in Bharti over the past 18 years has allowed her to partner with key leaders across multiple geographies, businesses and sectors on org design and transformation, executive compensation, culture, DEI, leadership development and leading large scale operations.
Prior to my Post Graduation, Neha had a brief experience in the Software industry, when she joined IBM,UK as a Management Trainee.
