Alok Srivastava has joined Texcon Steels Ltd. as Vice President -HR and Administration
He has confirmed this development to Business manager.
Before this appointment, Alok was associated with Akums Drugs & Pharmaceuticals as AVP- HR.

Alok is a Senior HR Leader with30+ years of experience in various Sectors like in Textile, Auto, Mines, Cement, Pharma, Papers, Manufacturing with Functional Expertise in HR/IR & Planning, Manpower Planning, Budgeting & Cost Optimization, Change Management, Governance, Organization Structure, Employee Life Cycle Management, HR Technology/Automation, QMS, EMS, Quality Circles, ‘5S’ and JQI initiatives, Contributing & implementing a Clear People Strategy for the organization, Determining the talent/staffing needs of the business with business leaders and Policy Formation.
Alok has also worked with Orient paper, SMC power Generation, and JK Power among others.
