Anand Dhruv has joined Jetking Infotrain as President- People and Workforce Transformation.
As Head of HR & Admin, his key focus will be on People, Culture & Organizational Transformation,
Organisational Excellence Across the Jetking Network and Industry Engagement & Workforce Strategy. Anand will be reporting directly to the Chairman & work closely with executive leadership team. He will be serving as a strategic partner to the Board and leadership in building an organization capable of sustaining long-term growth.

Anand is a dedicated and highly skilled professional, with 22+ years of experience in leadership & management, including a wide range of HR and ER expertise in structuring robust HR Processes -Proven track record of driving global strategic HR initiatives to realise bottom-line results and enhance employee engagement, talent management & performance management in the pursuit of organisational objectives.
Anand has also worked with NIDO Group, NTT Global Data Centers, and NTT Data/ Netmagic among others.
