Cogent Infotech has appointed Anita Rai as Head of Human Resources.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Anita was associated with Artec LLC as AGM HR.
Anita is a multi-faceted HR professional , with around 18 years of professional experience possessing a team-based management style coupled with zeal to drive visions into reality and achieve the same through effective HR Business Partnering, People and Culture, HR Transformation and with AI-driven HR solutions.

She gained expertise in transforming HR by using automated tools for smarter HR functions and Data-driven insights and Analytics for decision-making and streamlining operations, Employee Engagement and KRA/KPI performance measurement.
She has knowledge of advanced HR practices such as Training & Development, Career Planning, Gap Analysis, Competency Framework, Performance Management, KPI/KRA, Employee Engagement.
Anita has also worked with vCustomer International.
