Bijender Vats Joins Lupin as Sr. VP & Head HR

Bijender Vats has joined Lupin, a global pharma giant, as Senior Vice President & Head – HR. He will oversee key aspects of Lupin’s people agenda, aligning workforce priorities with business objectives.

Prior to this appointment, Bijender was associated with FMC Corporation as Head HR- India and SW Asia.

Vats bring with more than 25 years of experience across the pharmaceutical, healthcare and life sciences sectors. He gained expertise in talent strategy, HR transformation, organizational development, and leadership across the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.

Bijender also  worked with Crystal Crop Protection Limited, MSD and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories.
