Birla Precision Technologies Limited (BPTL), a leading manufacturer in the precision tooling, engineering, and industrial components sector, has appointed Shelendra Singh as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Prior to joining BPTL, Singh served as General Manager – HR at Nuvoco Vistas Corp Ltd, where he led large HR teams and spearheaded organisational development, performance management, cultural integration, and leadership capability initiatives.

Singh brings with him over 14 years of diverse HR leadership experience across manufacturing, building materials, and large-scale industrial operations.
His earlier assignments include senior HR positions at Lafarge India and Hindalco Industries, part of the Aditya Birla Group. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
