Announcing the appointment CEO of Clariant Conrad Keijzer said in a social media post, “ I am pleased to announce the appointment of Priya Thaman as Chief Human Resources Officer of Clariant, effective immediately.
Since assuming the interim role in June, Priya has demonstrated strong and credible leadership, providing clarity, stability, and momentum during a critical transition period. Her deep understanding of Clariant’s culture, combined with her expertise in talent and organizational transformation, makes her the right leader to further advance our people agenda.
Since joining Clariant in 2022, Priya has played a key role in strengthening our talent management approach and accelerating our cultural transformation. With more than 14 years of international experience leading enterprise-wide HR initiatives, she brings valuable perspective as we continue to build an organization where people, performance, and culture reinforce one another.
