Deepti Kapoor has joined DLF Limited as Head – HR, DLF Rental Business.
Before this appointment, she was associated with Cushman & Wakefield as Managing Director, Head – People & Culture – India, Southeast Asia and APAC Tenant Representation.

She has proven track record in organizational transformation, talent strategy, and leadership alignment across diverse industries and complex operating models.
Her expertise includes business partnering, talent & capability development, employee experience and employer branding and Led high-impact initiatives such as cultural transformation, large-scale restructuring, business set-ups, and M&A integration.
Deepti Kapoor has also worked with Max Life Insurance Company Limited, Aircel, Unitech Limited, HT Media Ltd., ING Vysya Bank, and Hotel Grand Hyatt.
