Delnaz Desai has joined Mahindra Group as Vice President – Group Talent Head.
Before this appointment, Delnaz was associated with Kellanova as Talent Head & Business partner AMEA Snacks ( Pringles).
Delnaz is a strategic HR leader with 19+ years of experience driving transformation, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness across FMCG, Telecom, Shipping & IT. She is a trusted advisor to leadership teams, shaping people strategies that accelerate business growth, strengthen leadership pipelines, and embed inclusive, high-performance cultures.

Having experience in managing HR agendas across multi-country operations (India, Singapore) and leading HR teams in high-growth and turnaround contexts , she is recognised for balancing strategic foresight with execution discipline, building trusted partnerships, and leading through complex organizational change.
Delnaz has also worked with Kellogg and Vodafone Idea. She holds an MBA in Human Resources from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
