Garima Kochar has joined RPG Group as Chief Human resource Officer- KEC Asian Cables Ltd.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Garima was associated with Apraava Energy as Vice President- HR.

Garima is an experienced Head Of Human Resources with a demonstrated history of working in the building materials, steel , power, renewable and cable industries. Skilled in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives, Building culture which embraces Diversity & Inclusion ( D&I), sourcing right fit talent, creating high performance culture, Restructuring, Talent Management, PMS, Leadership Development and coaching.
Garima has also worked with Evonith Steel and Holcim.
