Goodyear India Limited announced the appointment of Vishal Dhingra as Director HR- South Asia. He will be replacing Abhishek Arora.
The company disclosed these developments in compliance with SEBI regulations, highlighting a strategic transition in its human resources leadership. The board approved the appointment of Vishal Dhingra as HR Director, South Asia, based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Dhingra has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources. He joined Goodyear in July 2020 as Director HR – India and currently serves as HR Director – ASEANZ.
Abhishek Arora tendered his resignation via email on March 23, 2026, from his position as Director – Human Resource, India. His departure will be effective from the close of business hours on April 20, 2026. In his resignation communication, Arora expressed gratitude to the company and board members for their guidance and support during his tenure. He will also cease to be Senior Management Personnel of the company from the same date.
Vishal has also worked with PepsiCo India, GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Limited, Eicher Tractors and Ballarpur Industries Limited.
