HDFC Life Insurance appoints Vijay Vaidyanathan as Chief Human Resources Officer

HDFC Life Insurance Company on Sunday announced the appointment of Vijay Vaidyanathan as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective April 1.

Vaidyanathan has been associated with HDFC Life for 25 years, most recently as Group Head – Key Alliances, Bancassurance.

Starting his career with HDFC Life as a Management Trainee in June 2001, Vaidyanathan has held diverse leadership roles across Group Sales, Bancassurance, Retail Strategy and Sales, the HNI vertical and Alternate Channels, playing a key role in strengthening the company’s bancassurance partnerships and distribution ecosystem, according to a regulatory filing.
