Himadri is backed by over two decades of HR leadership experience spanning Hospitality, FMCG, and Retail sectors.

Prior to this appointment, Himadri served as the Head of Human Resources at Hindustan Pencils Private Limited (Nataraj & Apsara). His professional journey began with Asian Paints Limited, followed by key leadership positions at several prominent brands, including Jubilant Food Works Ltd. (Domino’s Pizza), PepsiCo, The Oberoi Group, and Hilton Worldwide.”
Himadri holds an MBA in Human Resources from All India Management Association and a Bachelor of Commerce from Lucknow University.As an award-winning HR leader and author of Life of an HR, he is widely recognized for his outstanding contributions to people development and building robust HR processes and systems.
