Holiday Inn Express has announced the appointment of Arpita Roy as Portfolio Director – Human Resources. In this role, she will lead the HR function across the 12 Holiday Inn Express hotels in India owned by SAMHI.
Prior to this appointment, Arpita was associated as Human Resources Manager – PAN India at Encalm Hospitality.
Arpita has over 18 years of experience in the hospitality and entertainment industry. Her expertise in employee engagement, organisational development, HR strategy, and people practices will be invaluable in her role. Throughout her career, she has focused on strengthening workplace culture, enhancing employee experience, and driving effective HR systems.
