HSBC has promoted Parul Balana to the position of VP- Global People Consulting, Group Infrastructure.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Parul has been with the organisation for about three years and served in different leadership positions.

With 10+ years of experience advising global clients across banking, technology, manufacturing, and public sector on organization transformation, workforce strategy, and leadership capability, Parul’s Experience spans leading enterprise initiatives in organization design, talent strategy, performance and pay architecture, career frameworks, and employee engagement.
Previously, Parul delivered complex transformation engagements through consulting roles at PwC and KPMG, including organization design, workforce assessment, and operating model development for government and financial sector clients in the Middle East. Her earlier experience was an HR Business Partner at Infosys supporting large-scale workforce and talent initiatives.
