IDFC FIRST Bank has promoted Pankaj Singh to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).In his new role Pankaj will lead the entire HR function of the bank.
Pankaj has been associated with the Bank from 2019 and recently served as Head HR – Retail Banking, Customer Experience and Operations from 2022.

With 24 years of experience Pankaj gained expertise across human resources, talent management, employee engagement and leadership development.
Pankaj has also worked with Standard Chartered Global Private Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Indiabulls Consumer Finance Limited and capital First Ltd.
