Lotus Herbals Pvt. Ltd. has appointed Avantika Tripathi as Head – Human Resources.
Avantika brings nearly 15 years of HR leadership experience across the beverage, beauty, and personal care sectors. Most recently with Hindustan Unilever Limited, she served as Country Supply Chain HR Business Partner and was part of the regional HR leadership team, where she is part of the people agenda for the Ice Cream business demerger team, large-scale organizational restructuring, and employee relations for manufacturing units.

Her expertise spans talent acquisition, employer branding, HR business partnering, Sales HR, culture building, change management, diversity & inclusion, digital HR transformation, and people transformation. She has previously held HR leadership roles across HUL (corporate and personal care factories), United Breweries, and Bisleri International, driving future fit organizational structures and high performance cultures.
At Lotus Herbals, Avantika will lead the people strategy across the company’s portfolio, with a strong focus on inclusive growth, digital led HR practices, positive culture building, and creating a future ready organization.
