Before this appointment, she was associated with M&G plc as HR Business partner.

Mandavi is a seasoned HR leader with more than 20 years of rich experience in managing entire employee life cycle. Having hands on experience in successfully driving transformations: post-merger/acquisition integration, scaling up companies, setting up HR Infrastructure and practices for start-ups, designing global structures and matrix organizations, HR automations and DEI strategies, her strengths are in transformational and strategic HR management that helps to improve business results.
Mandavi has also worked with M&G Global Services, Assurant and IDFC FIRST Bank among others.
