He has also confirmed this development to Business Manager.
This elevation represents not just a change in designation, but a broader responsibility to integrate People, Performance and Business Strategy.
Over the course of his career, Manoj has had the opportunity to work with leading organisations including Goodyear, Vikas Group, TVS Group, gaining diverse exposure across Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organisation Development, Culture Transformation and Business Partnering in the manufacturing environment.
