Meenakshi Chhillar has joined ModMed India as Vice President, India HR Country Director.
In her role as the HR Country Leader for Hyderabad, Shepartners with global and local leadership to shape a people strategy that supports growth, strengthens culture, and builds organizational capability. She oversees the full spectrum of HR, including talent acquisition, talent development, employee experience, performance management, compliance, and people operations, ensuring that the workforce and leaders are aligned with business priorities. She leads a high-performing HR team, guide workforce planning and policy governance, and drive initiatives that elevate leadership effectiveness, talent development, engagement, and long-term organisational health.

Her expertise spans the full spectrum of HR from People Business Partnering, Talent and Leadership Development, Total Rewards, HR Shared Services, M&A integration and Change Management.
