GlobalLogic has appointed Mohd Zeeshan as Director – People Development TAG. Zeeshan confirmed the development through a post on social media.
Prior to joining GlobalLogic, he was associated with Teleperformance as Director – Talent Acquisition. With over 17 years of experience in human resource management, Zeeshan brings strong expertise across recruitment and selection, induction and orientation, performance management, training and development, and the implementation of integrated management systems.

His professional strengths include talent acquisition, vendor management, employee relations, hiring cost optimization, strategic recruitment, grievance handling, and learning and development. Zeeshan is also well-versed in the latest HR trends and practices.
Earlier in his career, he worked with Majorel India and Sitel, gaining extensive exposure to large-scale talent and people management operations.
