DK: In order to build long-term growth and continued support for Business Agility, Human Resources plays a very significant role with close linkage to Vision, Mission, and Values. The world is highly disruptive, and this disruption is going to increase; therefore, Agile HR with Agile HR practices is the need of the hour.

With a high level of uncertainty, HR must align business strategies with People Power through Talent Acquisition, Assessment, Development, as well as Engagement. This would lead to promoting a culture of adaptability and continuous learning and sharing, with employee experience thus encouraging collaboration. Behind any business, some people need to attain Total Re-skill, Up-skill, Special-skill, and Transformative Skill (TRUST).
