Nidhima M has Joined PepsiCo as Senior Director, HR for India, Bangladesh & Nepal.
She has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Nidhima was associated with Amazon as Senior Manager-HR/and People Partner for the company’s global Stores Customer Experience teams.

With more than 20 years of experience across Leadership HR Partnering, M&A Integration and Separation, Organisation transformation, Reward, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Strategic Resourcing, Change Management, Global organisation design and Employer branding roles, Nidhima is passionate about purpose-driven businesses, technology-led growth, about my own learning and hiring and developing Talent. She has worked across different locations in India (Mumbai, Bangalore and Gurgaon) in various leadership roles before moving to the UK (London) in 2019 for a strategic role in Unilever’s global headquarters
Nidhima also worked with Revolut and Unilever, HSBC, Semiconductor Complex and Bharat Electronics Ltd.
