OwnGCC has appointed Rohit Iyer as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).
Announcing the appointment and welcoming Rohit on board, the company said in a social media post, ”We’re happy to welcome Rohit Iyer to OwnGCC as our Chief Human Resources Officer.
Rohit brings over two decades of experience building and scaling talent organizations across global enterprises and large Global Capability Centers. Throughout his career, he has seen firsthand how traditional operating models often accumulate unnecessary layers – driving up costs while diluting performance.

Before joining OwnGCC, Rohit held senior leadership roles at PwC, where he led Learning & Development, Leadership Coaching, and DEI initiatives. He also served as Associate Director of Learning & Development at KPMG Global Services, and led large-scale talent and transformation programs at Accenture and other multinational organizations.
What sets Rohit apart is his deep, hands-on understanding of what makes talent systems truly work—efficient, scalable, and performance-driven—without the usual organizational “fat.”
