Rahul Vijayvargiya has joined Novartis India Limited (NIL) as Chief Human Resources Officer.
He has confirmed this development through a social media post.
Before this appointment, Rahul was associated with Alkem Laboratories, heading the HR Function.
Rahul is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of extensive experience in managing the entire gamut of HR activities for large nos. of colleagues across multiple geographies (India, Middle East & Africa). His experience spans multiple industry verticals: Automobile, HR Consultancy, Retail and his current stint is with the Pharmaceutical vertical.
With “Relationship management” at the core functioning, Rahul played crucial roles of managing internal resources and external agencies in the dynamic and emerging Indian business environment.
He has a process-oriented mindset with a knack for identifying strengths and areas of improvement, delivering stellar results in terms of productivity, retention and more importantly, stakeholder satisfaction.
Rahul has also worked with , Reliance Retail (Pharma), Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer, Aditya Birla Group (Retail Business), Future Group India, and Shoppers Stop and Ma Foi Randstad.
