Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF), a Government of India undertaking, has announced the appointment of Nanda Narayanprasad Kulkarni as Executive Director-HRD among others.
The changes came into effect between February 1 and February 2, 2026, and were disclosed to both the BSE and NSE.
Nanda has also confirmed this development through a social media post.
Nanda Narayanprasad Kulkarni is a seasoned HR professional with over 30 years of experience in HR, Industrial Relations, and HRD. She holds a postgraduate degree in Labour Studies, a law degree, and an Advanced Diploma in Computers. Kulkarni has been a proponent of gender equality, leading RCF’s first Gender Equality Audit and serving in various women’s empowerment committees.
Before this promotion, she served as Vice-President (APEX), Women in Public Sector Forum – Western Region.
