Reethika Shetty has joined Bhartiya Converge as VP-HR & Chief Human Resources Officer.
Welcoming Reethika on board, Company in a social media post said, “We are pleased to announce the appointment of Reethika Shetty as Chief Human Resources Officer, Bhartiya Converge.
Reethika brings over 23 years of global experience in human resources and people & culture leadership, with a strong track record of building and scaling organisations, and leading enterprise transformation.
Her career spans leadership roles across consulting, technology, analytics, financial services, and shared services organisations across geographies.

In her role at Bhartiya Converge, Reethika will drive the overall HR strategy for the platform business and define and lead Bhartiya Converge’s talent business.
She will work closely with leadership teams, clients, and industry partners to attract and build world-class talent for GCCs. Reethika will also work on strengthening leadership capabilities, enhancing employee experience, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with our growth objectives.
Reethika joins us from Mu Sigma, where she served as Global Head of HR and Brand, leading enterprise-wide people transformation initiatives and talent strategy.
Before that, she set up Tesco GBS India’s first profit centre and was part of the team that rapidly scaled TIAA GBS from 10 to 1,000 employees in just 14 months.
Reethika holds an Executive General Management Certification from the Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.Sc. in Computer Science.
