Sattva has announced the appointment of Chidambar Sirdeshpande as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Before this appointment, Chidambar was associated with The Brigade Group as Chief Human Resource Officer.

A seasoned Human Resource professional Chidambar, is experienced in strategic and operational HR in a multinational environment. Business partnering, team collaboration and resource management have been the focus of his role over the years. He has been a member of the management group to drive strategies & best practices.
His functional capability has expanded through multiple industry experiences with Real Estate, Manufacturing, Engineering & Information Technology industries. Chidambar established effective corporate HR teams, developed and implemented policies and initiatives that have ensured organisational growth with an optimum staff engagement index over the years.
Chidambar owned Intellifour Software and also worked with L& W Construction among others.
