Schneider Electric has elevated Niharika Mohan as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for the Greater India Zone, effective January 1, 2026. In her new role, she will lead the People and Culture agenda across India, with a sharp focus on talent strategy, leadership development, inclusion, capability building, and performance excellence.
Before the elevation, she served as Vice President – Human Resources, Secure Power (International) at Schneider Electric and led the people strategy and transformation initiatives across 80+ markets. she partnered closely with executive teams to enhance enterprise effectiveness, accelerate leadership capability, and developed agile workforces ready for the future of digital and sustainable industries.

Niharika is a seasoned HR leader with all around 25+ years of experienced, talent strategy, driving organizational transformation, and advancing leadership growth across diverse industries and regions. Her career has spanned India, East Asia, Japan, the Middle East, the Pacific, South America, and global roles that have strengthened my ability to create inclusive, high-performing organizations at scale.
Niharika has also worked with Luminous Power Technologies (P) Ltd, Hewitt Associates, and Tata Consultancy Services.
